“Stay Home, Stay Healthy, Stay Connected”
On March 30, 2020, Governor Douglas Ducey issued an Executive Order requiring individuals in the state to limit their time away from home except to conduct or participate in “Essential Activities,” “Essential Functions,” or to use the services or products of “Essential Businesses.” The Order is in effect from March 31 to April 30, 2020.
Postponement of Eviction Actions
An Executive Order was issued on March 24, 2020, delaying enforcement of eviction actions and orders for residential premises with regard to certain persons affected by COVID-19. The Order is in effect for 120 days.
