Shelter-at-Home Order; Closure of “Non-Essential” Businesses

On April 2, 2020, Governor Brian Kemp issued an Executive Order requiring that all residents and visitors “shelter in place” with exceptions for “Essential Services,” “Necessary Travel,” “Minimum Basic Operations” or “Critical Infrastructure,” all of which are defined in the Order. The Order also mandates that businesses that are not Critical Infrastructure only engage in Minimum Basic Operations.
